A humanitarian ceasefire has come into force on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as of noon on October 10, but it has since been violated by the Azerbaijani army.

The establishment of a humanitarian truce was also preceded on Saturday by an attempt at sabotage by Azerbaijan. The attempt was made in the direction of Hadrut.

Within the frames of the fact-finding mission, launched by the Office of Human Rights Ombudsman of Artsakh, it was revealed that on October 10 at 12:00 pm, after the ceasefire came into force, at least 5 civilians have been killed by the Azerbaijani armed forces.



In the meantime, according to Vahram Poghosyan, spokesperson for the President of Artsakh, as of 11:30 Monday, the vanguard divisions of the Azerbaijani armed forces have again started pre-attack operations in various directions of the frontline.

Shushan Stepanyan, in turn, noted on Monday that the Azerbaijani Air Force operates Su-25 fighter jets along the border with the air support of F-16 fighter jets of the Air Force of Turkey.



Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan flew again to Moscow to meet with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Monday.

According to Lavrov, the ceasefire agreement reached during the trilateral meeting is not fully implemented in the Karabakh conflict zone.

“We hope that the contacts we have with you and with our Azerbaijani neighbors, including the Ministries of Defense, ensure the full implementation of the agreement signed in a trilateral format,” Lavrov added.

Lavrov noted that Turkey has reaffirmed its support for the trilateral ceasefire agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Russian FM expressed hope that soon it will be possible to break the situation, in which, he said, both Russia and the conflicting parties are interested.



Another decoded recording which proves that mercenaries from Syria are currently fighting in the Azerbaijani army and against Artsakh has appeared on the Internet, the Armenian Unified Infocenter informed.



After his meeting with the extra-parliamentary political forces, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was meeting with the foreign ambassadors accredited to Armenia. PM’s spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan told this to Armenian

According to her, Pashinyan was presenting to these envoys the situation around Artsakh.



The Hayastan All Armenian Fund informs that as of Monday morning, more than US$100 million have been raised within the framework of the We Are Our Borders; All For Artsakh fundraiser.

As a result of a unique nationwide mobilization, hundreds of donations are made every minute on the Fund’s website, according to a statement issued by the Hayastan All Armenian Fund.



The Azerbaijani army losses have been present—are as follows: 3 UAVs, 3 armored vehicles, and 200 casualties, the Armenian Unified Infocenter informed.

Also, the Azerbaijani army has over 4,919 casualties, whereas from the Armenian side, according to preliminary data, there are around 430 military casualties.
